SAFER SEX GUIDELINES
- Avoid all kinds of partner sex till you settle with someone in a committed
long term relationship such as marriage or cohabitation.
This will save you the risk and embarrassment
of pregnancy, social, psychological and biological problems associated
with it, and the dangers of sexually transmitted infections (STIs)
including HIV, Hepatitis B and C.
- If this is not possible, the male partner
should use condom. Proper
use of condom prevents pregnancy
and STIs in up to 90% of situations.
- Masturbation is a safe outlet to release
the sexual tensions of single persons. It's harmless.
